I must say BET lets me down every award show, especially the Hip Hop Awards. It appears that the BIG artists ie. Jay Z, T.I., Drake, and Jeezy didn't feel the need to fly out to ATL for the buffonery that BET calls an award show. The up and coming acts like Cali District Swag and dumb dumb (Wacka Flocka) make it their business to be there. The appearances were uhhhh...pretty wack and the performances were sub par. The best part about the show were the ciphers. My favorite segment was the father and son battle with Ice Cube and two sons, Rev Run and his boys, Diggy and Jo Jo.
