New Video: Adele-Rolling In The Deep

Love her voice and her cute lil butt chin.

New Video: Bilal- Levels

Check out Bilal's second video for Levels from his sophomore album Airtight's Revenge. The video was directed by super producer Flying Lotus. Erykah Badu and Shafiq Husayn (who produced the track) make cameo appearances. How do you guys feel about the visuals? I'm on the fence. Sometimes I'd rather see a very literal video concept..Bilal looks like he should be riding in a chariot. HAH! But I love him anyway. Enjoy!

New Video:The Floacist-Let Me (NSFW)

This is one sexy, sensual, let me peak between my fingers video. When I first heard the song, I thought the song was hot and steamy but the visual takes hot and steamy to whole nutha level. I like the whole Adam & Eve twist too. The Floacist really went H.A.M. in this video with glittery pasties covering her breasts and a thong. All my ladies make sure you check out what "Adam" is working with. Dontcha just love the internet...now artists can express themselves with no restrictions. Go get The Floacist's album, The Floacist Presents:Floetic Soul...because I said so. It's a great piece of work.

Adele Performs "Rolling In The Deep" on Ellen

The U.K. sensation, Adele performed her latest single, Rolling In The Deep on The Ellen Degeneres Show last month. I'm a bit late on this performance but, I've been playing this song on repeat for about a month now. I mean the gurl can sang! You gotta love Ellen for giving Adele a chance at her first national television appearance. She sure knows how to pick em. For all my U.K. readers, her album entitled 21 comes out January 24th. And if you're in the States, you have to wait until February 22nd. But don't fret...you can pre-order the album now on iTunes. Check out the performance after the jump.

10 Reasons Black People Love The Game

Unless you were living under a rock, BET brought The Game back after it's 2 year hiatus and it premiered tonight. They have me to thank and many of you for signing all of the petitions to bring new episodes to your homes. Pat yourself on the back if you were on team Sabers.

While it doesn't even seem like The Game has been gone with all of the runs on Centric and BET, it's really been two years. I think we (the fans) all had high expectations for their first episode after their two year break. Some of you may agree that there was a lot of over acting, too many cameos, and too much drama for one hour. Overall, I think the premiere was sub par. I could go on about how you can tell the show is in Atlanta now and not L.A.but I won't. I'm still a fan so I won't say all negative things. While watching the show, I compiled a list of reasons that African Americans are obsessed with the show.

1. Everybody knows somebody loud, ghetto, boisterous like Tasha Mack who is quick to call cousin Pookie.

2. Glad Tia Mowry has a good job away from her twin Tamera. Too old for another Twitches.

3. Get a glamorized look at the inside of a football players life...ummm well kinda

4. Finally have a successful Black tv show and it's not produced, written and stamped by Tyler Perry

5. Gotta love a white actress Brittany Daniels (Kelly Pitts)  who is accepted among an entire crew of Blacks and holds her own

6. Jason Pitts and his cheap antics.

7. Good to see a black man like Derwin who is good at heart and just wants to play football and please  his woman (Melanie). Doesn't hurt when he takes off his shirt too ladies.

8. Malik aint shit but somehow we love him anyway through his conceited ways.

9. Say what you want but TT has some of the funniest lines with Malik.

10. Last but not least...Tasha got a gun...you scared....you scared!

New Video: Marsha Ambrosius- Far Away

Check out Marsha Ambrosius' video for her new single Far Away. Don't you just love when a video has a deeper meaning beyond the music. I'm glad she didn't do the typical video. Gold star for Marsh!

Bilal- Sally (Live)

Bilal performed his song "Sally" at World Cafe Live in Philly 2 months. That song has to be one of my favorite cuts on his first album 1st Born Second. Can we say classic album? Enjoy and make sure you see this brutha live when he comes to your city...it's life changing. One of the best live performers EVER!

Happy New Year!!

Happy New Years! I hope all of you had a safe and fun time bringing in the new year. This has been the first year in about 10 years where I haven't gone out or done something extravangant. I guess my life is moving in a different direction. I'm not sure what direction that is exactly...maturity I suppose. The same things dont' tickle my fancy any more..in other words they don't amuse me. I've learned a lot about myself in the recent months, showing me the kind of person I will be in 2011. New Years resolutions are a waste of time. Sometimes the unknown is better than people knowing your every move. You'll know what I have achieved when you see me.

With all that said...let's move on to the scheduled program. For all of you party animals that were shaking your butts and throwing back shots, I was watching the many New Year Eve specials. Here's a recap of what you missed. Basically Young Money took over NYC. The entire Young Money/Cash Money brought in the New Year with 106 & Park. Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj also performed on Carson Daly's New Year's Eve special which was taped December 17th. We all know by now that 95% of television isn't live.Check out the performances after the jump....

Rashaan Patterson & Ledisi Goofing Around

I just love rare footage like this. These two are some of the most talented under rated singers in the world. Folks if you aren't familiar then you need to get familiar. Separately they have multiple albums out. Ledisi's latest album is called Turn Me Loose and Rahsaan's is called Wine & Spirits. Good stuff too...deep down in your sanctified soul sanging. Enjoy this why dontcha! Oh and I have yet to see either of perform live but it's on my 2011 bucket list. Well I did see Ledisi for like 2 minutes at a Bilal concert two years ago, but I don't count that. Enjoy! I do apologize for the blurred vision in this clip, but I just had to share this with you...close your eyes if its distracting and just listen.
