Here's a clip from MTV's Nicki Minaj: My Time Now, which airs November 28th at 10pm. Nicki talks about how when women are assertive, we are labeled bitches and divas but how it's acceptable for dudes. Her tangents are hilarious to me. I never know whether or not to take her many personalities serious. She's simply a character. I would love to see her just kicking it, not putting on a show for cameras.

I'm not ashamed to be a Nicki Minaj fan. It happened by mistake I promise you. She makes me laugh, so I'm going to enjoy her while her career lasts. Oh and I love her Judy Jetson wig...so original.

Four Women- Kelly Price, Marsha Ambrosius, Jill Scott and Ledisi

These four beautiful and talented women performed this song on BET's Black Girls Rock a couple weeks ago. I still get chills every time I watch it. When I feel like giving up on R&B today, I am reminded that there is still talent out there. Support real artists. This is a true testament that black music is here to stay and I'm glad BET showcased quality artists for once. We need more of this, especially on the airwaves on mainstream radio. Don't make me start preaching.

Tribute to Chaka Khan

I was in the mood for some good ole sanging. Check out this wonderful tribute to Chaka Khan featuring Erykah Badu, Ledisi, Fantasia and Angie Stone from the 2009 Soul Train Awards. Can you imagine a tour with those ladies?! What? Are you kidding! Well first, we'd all be deaf from all the hooting and hollering and hoarse from screaming back at them. Secondly, the show would be 5 hours long because all of them have 7 minute songs and a huge song catalog. But I'd spend my money to see it.

Lawd have mercy. I love me some Usher and all but that sweat dripping off his body would've been a NO NO. Poor little virgin Jordin was terrified. She aint know what to do with that grown man. HAH!

Diggy Simmons- Shook Ones

Who knew that lil Daniel "Diggy" Simmons would turn out to become one of our rising rap stars. He freestyled over Mobb Deep's Shook Ones. My favorite line is "Yall got Mickey D's pockets with caviar taste". That is so true Diggy. Preach boy! I got my eye on this fellow, who is looking more and more like his parents by the day. He signed with Atlantic earlier his year, but no word on when his album actually drops. Diggy just keep dropping mixtapes while we wait. Thanks.

The video itself isn't all that but I think Rihanna and Drake make a very cute couple. You know they used to mess around after her and Chris split. Willow Fever

Lawd lawd, lawd! This little girl is killing me. I just got sight of this video of Willow on Ellen. The 10 year old made her first television appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show today. What can I say? I'm truly blown away! First of all opening with Only Girl in The World by Rihanna was HOT! My mouth was on the floor. Sis got some pipes. The whole performance was stellar...that might be pumping it up a bit much but I was impressed. Nowadays you don't see artists dancing, full out performing without lip syncing so for me...that was wonderful to see such young talent. If anybody is reading from Roc Nation or the Grammys, yall should have these two ladies on the same stage performing. That would finally get your viewership back up.

Justin Timberlake Is Back!

Justin Timberlake took to the stage for his annual Justin Timberlake & Friends benefit concert in Las Vegas over the weekend. He promised all of his fans that he will be returning back to his music stomping grounds. Even though some of his hits are 8 years old, Timberlake chopped and screwed them and poured his heart out playing the guitar. Check it out.

I really respect Ryan Leslie as a producer and for his attention to detail but... Ryan turned crazy "scorned" boyfriend wasn't that believable I must say. He's really metro sexual so it's hard for me to see him slicing and dicing lingerie, stabbing pictures, smashing glass and burning clothes. In the beginning of the video, he suspects his girlfriend is cheating on him, and like a dummy he doesn't confront her. Then he vandalizes all of her belongings.

The wackest part of it all was when he burned her lipstick. C'mon son! That's pretty damn lame. Hit her where it will hurt, burn her MAC lipstick. Yea right! Whose idea was that? Then at the end, how dumb does he look when he did all of that crazy stuff for nothing.

Willow shares her fashion, meeting with Jay Z, and she introduced us to her Warriorettes. What 9 year old do you know that knows about argyle and procrastination? I'm telling you Willow is far beyond her years.

It's good to see him smile again too.Ye showed Ellen a snippet of his short film for Runaways, talked about replacing his teeth with diamonds, Taylor Swift and much more.
